Riverside Community Care is hiring a Receptionist to become part of our amazing team!

Riverside Community Care is one of the largest and most respected community-based not-for-profit behavioral healthcare and human service organizations in Massachusetts. We serve children, adolescents, families, and adults in need of behavioral healthcare and a broad range of human services. As the Receptionist you will:

• provide a warm reception to visitors at the front desk and provide assistance with their requests
• answer telephone and direct to individual to the appropriate individual(s) and/or program
• manage conference room schedules
• coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
• maintain common areas and kitchen/office supplies as needed
• perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (22.5 hours per week)
